You can send a new ticket to fix any small issue from our support section. When a ticket is solved, you will receive an update about the remaining time, depending by the chosen plan. You can use the remaining time until the expiration of support service.

Important: To solve your ticket, we will need the login of the WordPress website, the control panel of Linux hosting and and FTP/MySQL details.

You can purchase the service using PayPal. It is not necessary to have an account, just a credit or debit card to process the payment with.

Your order details and instructions for downloading the plugin will be sent to the same email address that was used when making the purchase through PayPal.

After the purchase, our system will send two emails to your PayPal email address. The first email will provide you with the details of your order, and the second email will provide the username and password to login on ThemeinProgress

We recommend that you check your spam folder, as our emails can sometimes end up in there by mistake

In case you have not received an email from ThemeinProgress within 24 hours, please contact us by sending an email to info@wpinprogress.com and we will resend you the login details manually

After receiving our email with your account details you have immediate access to your order. We will also use your PayPal email address to contact you, and therefore recommend that you use your main email address when purchasing

You can also reset your password for ThemeinProgress.com in the future, using your PayPal email address as your username, from this link https://www.themeinprogress.com/login/?action=lostpassword

Generally our support service is available from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+1), and we sometimes process queries outside of these hours too. Response time can be as fast as a few minutes, but we try to answer all queries within 24 hours.
